Arrive in Katra. Station pick-up, hotel check-in and rest. Yatri SIM and RFID yatra-registration assistance.

Yatra day. Drop at Ban Ganga checkpost, darshan at Bhawan, and battery car, Aarti or helicopter booking assistance as per your package.

Day 3
Comfort and Premium: rest, or (Premium) cab to Patnitop and Shiv Khodi. Check-out and drop to Katra Railway Station.

Price & terms
- Price basis
- Prices are per person for the Katra stay package, for the days shown. Travel to Katra is quoted separately.
- GST
- Displayed package prices are inclusive of GST. Room prices are quoted excluding GST, and 5% GST is added.
- Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Deluxe and Premium include the Shrine Board fares (battery car, ropeway, helicopter, Aarti, Bhawan room, VIP Darshan). In Essential and Comfort, the Shrine Board fares you book (battery car, Attka Aarti) are paid at the official rate.
- Cancellation
- Shrine Board services follow the Shrine Board’s own rules, shown only for the services your package includes; the hotel and cab portion follows the standard industry schedule. Both are set out under “Cancellation rules”.
- Hotel
- Hotel allocation depends on availability; a similar-category property is arranged if the named hotel is unavailable.

These follow the Shrine Board’s own published rules, and apply only to the Shrine Board services this package includes.

Hotel and cab portion
Standard industry schedule, counted from the arrival date in Katra:
| 7 or more days before arrival | 100% refund |
| 3 to 6 days before arrival | 50% refund |
| Less than 3 days before arrival, or no-show | No refund |
- If we cancel, or a Shrine Board service booked through us is unavailable, that portion is refunded in full.
- Payment-gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds go to the original payment method - about 5–7 working days for the hotel and cab portion; Shrine Board refunds follow the Shrine Board’s own timeline (15 working days).
- During peak periods (for example Navratri) hotel terms can be stricter; any such terms are stated in your written quote before you pay.
