What is SSVP Puja?
Shardha Suman Visheh Puja (SSVP) is the most exclusive spiritual service at Vaishno Devi — a 30-minute personal Puja inside the holy cave, in front of the sacred Pindis. Every SSVP package includes complimentary helicopter or battery car travel, accommodation at Niharika Bhawan (Katra) and Bhawan, meals at both locations, and Prashad Lifafa. Maximum 2 tickets per transaction.

On special days, the single pax charge is fixed at ₹35,000 and above charges are not applicable. Remaining services will be the same.
Rules & Instructions
Morning and Evening Time for SSVP is 6:00 am/pm respectively, so be ready on time and reach the cave by 5:30 am.
Pilgrims are requested to report at Niharika Bhawan – Katra before 11:00 AM on the previous day in case of Morning Slot and 11:00 AM of Service day in case of Evening Slot.
Children below the age of ten years will be allowed for free – Maximum of One Child in case of 1 ticket and two in case of 2, 3, 4 & 5 tickets.
All pilgrims should report at the same time and as per the reporting time. Shrine Board reserves the right to deny entry to the Pooja in case of late reporting.
Free Helicopter service and accommodation at bhawan is given by Shrine board for SSVP Pujan pilgrims.
The Pilgrim coming via Adhkuwari can opt for Battery car and it is decided while booking is done online.
Helicopter Service is free in case the accompanying child age is below two years.
For children above the age of two years, Helicopter Service Tickets can be purchased online, at the current counter Niharika, Katra, and Sanjhichhat Helipad.
For children above the age of five years, Battery Car Tickets can be purchased at Adhkuwari or Bhawan.
Pilgrims need to collect the eligible free Prasad during their stay at the Shrine Premises.
For Privilege redemption please visit Niharika Bhawan – Katra before 11:00 a.m. with the Booking Receipt and Original ID Proof used for Booking.
The details once submitted at the time of Booking will not be modified and Shrine Board shall not be responsible for any incorrect / incomplete details furnished at the time of Booking.
In case of cancellation of Helicopter / Battery Car Service due to bad weather, technical reasons, or any unforeseen reasons, SSVP booking amount will not be refunded.
Hawan Puja at Bhawan
Hawan Puja is performed at the sacred Yagyashala fire altar at Bhawan — available in two modes.
Maximum 5 Pilgrims will be associated with One Booking. For In Presence Poojan, maximum two children below the age of ten years will be allowed.
In presence ticket Holders should report at Durga Bhawan(E&R) before 8:00 a.m. with the Booking Receipt and Original ID Proof used for Booking.
In Virtual Hawan Puja, please mention your address properly so that prasad could reach at your home.
While Shrine Board takes utmost care to ensure proper delivery of the Prasad to your doorstep, we will not be responsible for any deficiency of Service by the Courier / Postal agencies for delivery of packages.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy
No Cancellation
Once SSVP / Hawan Puja is booked, cancellation by the pilgrim is not permitted under normal circumstances.
Full Refund Exception
There is no refund in case of no show or absence of pilgrims. The Shrine Board refunds the full amount only in case the Yatra is suspended on the date of Puja. In such cases, the refund amount will be credited within 15 working days.
Hawan Prasad Delivery
No refund will be issued for any short delivery / damaged goods / loss of shipment, or any other conditions not mentioned here.
