Certain hotels and guest houses provide free Wi-Fi to the travellers who opt for those hotels or guest houses. Google, in collaboration with Shree Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has started free Wi-Fi for all pilgrims on the way to Bhawan.

Cyber Cafe
In case you require a cyber cafe in Katra, it is available beside the taxi stand near Katra Chowk. You will have to submit a copy of valid ID proof before net surfing. The charge per hour is Rs. 50/- and each black and white printout costs Rs. 5/-
